 MSC คว้าคะแนน CGR ระดับ “ดีเลิศ” 5 ดาว ประจำปี 2563 จาก CGR

          บริษัท เมโทรซิสเต็มส์คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ MSC ได้รับคะแนนจากการประเมินการกำกับดูแลกิจการในระดับ “ดีเลิศ” (5 ดาว) ในโครงการสำรวจการกำกับดูแลกิจการบริษัทจดทะเบียนไทย (CGR) ประจำปี 2563 จากสมาคมส่งเสริมสถาบันกรรมการบริษัทไทย (IOD) โดยการสนับสนุนจากตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย(ตลท.) เมื่อวันที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2563 โดย MSC ได้รับคะแนนการประเมินสูงถึง 90% สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพการดำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้วิสัยทัศน์ “เราเป็นผู้นำการบริการด้านไอทีแบบครบวงจร ที่ช่วยให้องค์กรของลูกค้าบริหารธุรกิจด้วยความต่อเนื่องในยุคเศรษฐกิจดิจิตอล” ซึ่งถือว่าบริษัทฯ ได้มีการบริหารงานตามหลักบรรษัทภิบาลที่ดี และดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืนภายใต้การกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี ควบคู่ไปกับการคำนึงถึงผู้มีส่วนได้เสียทุกภาคส่วน

MSC received the Excellent CGR 5-Star Rating of 2020 from CGR.

 

          Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited (MSC) received a rating of "Excellent" (5 stars) in the Corporate Governance Report 2020 (CGR) ofThai Institute of Directors (IOD). Supported from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 19 November 2020. MSC received an assessment score of 90%.
