AstraZeneca Thailand wins Top Employer Award 2023 for the third year in a row,
reaffirming its position as a great place to work
AstraZeneca (Thailand) Ltd., has won the Top Employer Award 2023 in Thailand from the Top Employers Institute for the third consecutive year, emphasising its position as a “Great Place to Work” and demonstrating its unwavering commitment to promoting and fostering a positive work environment.
Over the years, AstraZeneca Thailand values Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) by creating an inclusive and equitable environment where people belong and Speak Up culture. Inclusion and Diversity are fundamental to the success of our company because innovation requires breakthrough ideas that only come from a diverse workforce empowered to challenge conventional thinking.
AstraZeneca Thailand constantly implements policies and fosters gender equality to have equal opportunities for advancement within the company. We encourage employees to fully manage their work responsibilities and family roles through Work Anywhere, a flexible workplace policy. “Paternity Leave Pledge 2022” has been signed to support 30 days of paid paternity leave within the first year of parenthood. The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion and more. The programme has certified and recognised 2,053 Top Employers in 121 countries.
